Shape Your Vibe

Kia Agerhem's route to a breathwork practice was not a straight line. She became a pilot, trained further as an engineer, and spent more than fifteen years in business and leadership, including executive and CEO roles. Her inner work began around 2000 with yoga and meditation. Over two decades it widened into breathwork, Reiki, energy work, the nervous system and altered states of awareness.

Shape Your Vibe is where those threads meet. Agerhem is a certified breathwork facilitator and Reiki Master Teacher, and the practice lists a visiting address at Döbelnsgatan 12 a in Stockholm, with work offered online as well. Her stance is stated plainly on the site: science can explain the mechanism, including how changes in breathing affect CO₂, blood chemistry and the nervous system, without defining the meaning of what a person experiences.

The core offering is a style of breathwork built on a two-part, connected breath, with no breath holds. The site distinguishes it from the pranayama of a typical yoga class. At Studio Hember in Stockholm, Agerhem calls these sessions Breathwork for the Inner Realms, held on Friday afternoons. Tuesday evenings are at Moumo on Södermalm, and The Field, a weekly breath and energy subscription, extends the practice online. Reiki training runs through the traditional levels of Shoden, Okuden and Shinpiden, with Shoden scheduled for January 2027 and Okuden for October.

Outside the city, the retreats are held in Vadstena. Each weekend combines breathwork, yoga, meditation, Reiki and stretches of silence, and the autumn 2026 retreat on the water element is already full. Coming Alive follows on 19 to 21 March 2027. Agerhem also brings breathwork to workplaces, with the site naming teams at Patagonia, Wolt, H&M and Deloitte among those she has worked with.
